Make a stop at the cheese factory to try our farmhouse cheeses: mild and aged cheddars, or soft Camembert-type cheese, spreadable cheese. New and unique in Canada, “Le Rayon d’Or”, a semi-firm probiotic cheese. A grilling cheese, “Le Blé des Sables”, has been added to the range of products.
