Named one of fifty gardens to visit in Quebec, the gardens are distinguished by their originality and charm, pathways with varied features, and their participation in the social reintegration of troubled youth. Covering over four acres, the gardens' microclimate promotes early blooming in the rock gardens and flowerbeds. Visitors are invited to relax and explore the butterfly house, sundials, giant chessboard, observation tower, animal park, Zen garden, cactuses, fruit trees and water features. The animal park is a delight for children, especially the Three Little Pigs' houses. Bird-watching and natural sciences at the Parc des Castors, festival tent for a relaxing break, souvenir shop.
