Start: You can park your car in front of Baie-des-Sables's church or Métis-sur-Mer's church (Les Boules area).

Tide: The best moment to start is 3 hours before low tide, but a big part of the ride can be made in any time.

This ride is a little more difficult than the others and there is big rocks in some parts of it. About 1 km from Métis-sur-Mer' church, you can go through a field to get around a big rock. The round-trip is worth it by himself, but you can combine this ride with the one from Baie-des-Sables to Saint-Ulric or you can also continue further on the beach of Métis-sur-Mer.
