Landscape tours

Breathtaking views from Rang du Lac Ouest

This route has two viewpoints giving you the chance to admire the landscape that truly represents La Matanie: mountains and sea. To the south of Matane, Saint-Luc marks the transition from coastline to mountain ranges. From these farmlands and forests, you can see the terrain change from the St. Lawrence right to the Chic-Choc Mountains.

Mountains, coastline and farmlands

In La Matanie you can admire mountains, the coastline and farmlands at the same time. In fact, it's a common sight in our region. For the best view in La Matanie, head to Rang des Bouffards and Rang des Côté in Petite-Matane. You can also visit the Maison Horace-Bouffard, which is a recognised heritage site.

Saint-Adelme’s panorama – around the 7e and 6e Est

If you're looking for the perfect place to admire the St. Lawrence, our surrounding mountains, farmlands and the town look no further. The view from Saint-Adelme, a village founded in 1933, will leave you with your jaw on the floor!
