Gym open to the public, kinesiology services, group classes (Spinning, Tai Chi Chuan, Shotokan Karate, Zumba, Functional Hour, Lunch HIIT, Pilates), indoor climbing wall and bouldering structure, sports court rentals (tennis, badminton, pickleball, team sports), basketball courts, outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, and bike, snowshoe, and cross-country ski rentals.
Opening hours:
- From Monday to Friday - 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday - 5 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Service counter opens at 8:30 a.m.
Sports court rental:
Rate: $4.50 + tax per person per hour. Group rate for 8 or more people: $32.55 + tax per hour.
