This family-owned smokehouse and fish shop is known for the diversity its products. Come taste the authentic recipe for smoked seafood, created in 1957 by Chef Raoul Roux. Les Fumoirs Raoul Roux offer smoked products such as salmon, cod, shrimp, turbot and salmon mousse, as well as homemade products like salmon and seafood pies.
