Maison du Beau-Père
Located on the banks of the Matane River in the village of Saint-René-de-Matane, the Maison du Beau-Père is a prime spot for salmon fishers. Its location provides convenient access to the fishing pools of this stunning salmon river. It is also close to the Matane Wildlife Reserve, renowned for its large moose population.
The house, built in 1939, was completely renovated by my father-in-law. It can accommodate 3 to 6 people. The property includes: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 area with a double Murphy bed and 1 bathroom with a shower and a powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals during your stay. You’ll enjoy the tranquility of nature while feeling right at home (high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, etc.). An electric vehicle charging station is available on-site for your convenience.
Rate: $150 / night. Minimum 2-night stay.
