Stay in one of our Scandinavian-style cabins on the enchanting site of our sugar shack located in Saint-René-de-Matane.
The location of our site makes it ideal for snowmobile enthusiasts, backcountry skiers, mountain hikers and anyone simply looking for a peaceful escape in nature. The snowmobile and ATV club trails pass directly in front of the site, and the Matane Wildlife Reserve is nearby. Numerous lakes are available for brook trout and lake trout fishing. Salmon anglers will also be delighted by the nearby Matane River.
The distance between the three cabins and the reception building ensures privacy during guests' stay. Each cabin is equipped with a private hot tub, a small private outdoor fireplace and a Big Green Egg BBQ Smoker. The two-person cabins are equipped with a king size bed, while the 4-person cabin offers one bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with a queen size bed. All cabins have wireless Internet access. In winter, take advantage of our snowshoe rental service to discover the surrounding forest. In spring, ask for a visit to the maple grove to discover the world of maple syrup production. Our succulent maple products are available at all times in the boutique in the reception building.

- Cabin for 2 people: From $200 / night. 2-night stay minimum.
- Cabin for 4 people: From $225 / night. 2-night stay minimum.
- Pets allowed with an additional $25 fee.
A local gourmet experience
Take advantage of our local food options. When you make your reservation, select one or more meal options and we'll pre-prepare all the ingredients and leave them in your cabin, along with instructions on how to prepare the recipe. Most of the ingredients will be sourced locally, so you can discover the flavours of the gaspesian region at the same time.
