The Pêcheries Bertrand Desbois is a family-led business that was founded by Raymond Desbois who began fishing cod and Nordic shrimp, soon followed by his son Bertrand, as well as his brothers. Bertrand Desbois also owns two Fish Markets in Québec City, one located at the Vieux-Port Market and the other one at 1628, Saint-Louis Road. He, on the other hand, fishes shrimp, snow crab, lobster, halibut, turbot fish, cod and scallops.
Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wrappings to keep the products fresh longer are available if needed.
