Kallisto is a Montreal-based progressive rock band led by clarinetist and composer Jossée MacInnis. Drawing inspiration from klezmer, Anatolian psychedelic rock, and modal music, the quintet offers an immersive, powerful, and entirely original sound, with the clarinet taking center stage. In 2026, Kallisto released its second album, *Chameleon*, which garnered attention through airplay on Radio-Canada and a nomination for the ADISQ Awards. Blending rock, psychedelia, and reimagined musical traditions, the band has cultivated a bold and captivating sound on Montreal’s independent music scene.
