From seedlings to harvest, individual or community members of La Matanie's Community Farm Gardens work together. Guided by an experienced agricultural advisor and her team, each person cultivates and harvests a portion of the fruits of their labor. Surpluses are distributed in the form of solidarity baskets to help people in vulnerable situations. At the end of the season, excess produce is carefully preserved or processed by the Collective Kitchen of the Matane region.

At the Farm, nothing is wasted, everything is valued!
