Lise Beaulieu and Caroll Malenfant have been running their farm in Baie-des-Sables for twelve years, inspired by their common passion for agriculture. Their goal is to produce a variety of farm-raised meat following the norms of agricultural ethics while also providing traceability for their customers. They offer a selection of meats and charcuteries (sausage, pies, bacon, etc.) made with lamb, pork, beef, veal and chicken.
Unfortunately, their products are not sold in markets or grocery stores. The owners deliver the products to a drop point close to their clients’ homes. They deliver from Sainte-Anne-des-Monts to Montréal, as well as in some neighbour regions like Côte-Nord. Clients can choose their basket size and customize its content. Delivery is guaranteed four times a year.
