Make a stop at the cheese factory to try our farmhouse cheeses: mild and aged cheddars, or soft Camembert-type cheese, spreadable cheese. New and unique in Canada, “Le Rayon d’Or”, a semi-firm probiotic cheese. A grilling cheese, “Le Blé des Sables”, has been added to the range of products.

July, August and September: Open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
October: Monday to Friday from 9 am. tp 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
November and December: Wednesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
