Born in 1939, Grosses-Roches is a peaceful municipality that offers breathtaking landscapes and gorgeous sunsets. It covers a territory of 63,95 km2. Its name comes from its topography, crowded with lots of small round brown rocks.
People come to Grosses-Roches to admire impressive hills and cliffs, to enjoy sea kayaking (Route bleue) or to walk around the shore. You can also find a pier, a launching ramp and an access to the shoreline.
To know more about the municipality’s attraction, you can visit Le Café du Havre during summertime. Since the summer of 2018, you can enjoy or join the ’’Sunday percussionists‘’.
If you seek fresh air, wish to fish or hunt, you will also find an outfitter, located 10 kilometres away from the 132 road.
