This local garden grows fruits and vegetables, from June to the end of September, at the Carpinteri Vineyard, located in Saint-Ulric.
Its founder, Olivier Tardif, started the garden to supply food lovers with tasty, fresh, local and healthy products. While the garden covers an area of one acre, its produce ratio is quite impressive. It is run by manual labor only, inspired by the world’s best horticulturists. Their fruits and vegetables that grow naturally in the ground, guarantee maximum nutritional value. Only natural fertilizers are used, with no added pesticide.
